Private tuition can be held at my home classroom in Redhill, or at your location (within a radius of 10-15 miles of Redhill).
All ingredients, materials, tools and equipment are provided. The only thing you will need to bring is an apron. I would suggest you avoid wearing fluffy clothing or dark colours, as they easily get transferred to the flower paste.
Cost: £300 per day plus any additional ingredients and reasonable travelling expenses if appropriate (10am to 4pm)

Sarah gave me a wonderful cake decorating lesson one Christmas to help me redecorate the top layer of my wedding cake. I was asked to think of an idea beforehand as to how I wanted my cake to look.
Sarah was excellent at giving instructions and was very patient. I was extremely pleased at the end result and proud of my new found skills. I would definitely recommend Sarah to teach cake decorating if anyone is thinking of taking lessons.
I wanted to do something different and learn something new. My first sugar craft session with “Expressions with Confection” offered more than what I was looking for. It was fun, enlightening and I had my own personal ‘rose’ to keep and show-off after the lesson! Sarah was a wonderful teacher and managed to explain and demonstrate the techniques in a simple manner. Her great sense of humour also made the lesson great fun and extremely enjoyable.

I had the pleasure of having a 1:1 session with Sarah to ice and decorate 2 Christmas cakes. Sarah is extremely warm and welcoming and her room is full of wonderful cake decorating tools and decorations. Sarah is also full of wonderful ideas when it comes to decoration, so if you are lucky enough to have a session with her you will not be disappointed. Sarah is extremely patient when helping and showing you how to ice the cake and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend Sarah and her amazing cake skills.
